From the pristine high altitudes of the remote Mt Elimbari in the Simbu region of PNG comes 100 per cent Arabica coffee of the highest quality.
Our coffee meets all specific conditions of International Gourmet Coffee:
- Grown in sub-tropical environments at high altitudes (1200-2500m above sea level)
- Grown in high rainfall areas
(approx 2000mm per annum) - Grown under tree shade and inter-planted with other food crops
- Grown free of pesticides and fertilizers
- Grown in rich fertile soil
- Unblended, pure Arabica.
